  • You are not allowed to claim my Work as your own. Credit must be given directly to Twitter @YuiAnzu_VTuber

  • Tracing, editing, or redistribution of my work is strictly prohibited. Heavily referencing my work, copying, stealing concepts equates to tracing and is also prohibited

  • I hold every right to every commission and drawing. This means that I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website, live stream the process and post it on social media unless otherwise agreed.

  • The following things are not allowed: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (unless you paid for Commercial use!). Making money off of the commission in any way. Taking credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Commercial Rights
A purchase of commercial rights means that the commission will cost the double of the original price (Example: $80 commission originally = $160 commercial commission)/ (Except Live 2D Models, Emotes, Panels & Alerts).
With commercial rights you will be allowed to make money with the artwork. This means you can produce merchandise, post the artwork on books, use it as a cover/banner/logo etc. if you are a business or intend to make money with your social media page. This does not forfeit my right to post the artwork on my social media, or live stream the process, unless agreed otherwise. Contact me for more details.

AI ART

You are NOT allowed to run my Art trough AI Art Programs or other Stuff that has to do with AI!

Payment Policy

  • All prices are listed in Euro. I only accept payment through Paypal via invoice.

  • All prices are subject to change at any time, due to high demand, increasing quality, and expanded labor. Affected clients will be notified. Ongoing works & already paid Works will be considered, and likely unaffected.

  • I will not start any work until full payment is received. The client must complete the full payment before I start.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

  • You can cancel a commission fully before a payment is made.

  • You can cancel your commission and can get 50% of your money back, up until the sketch is finished.

  • You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after I am done with the sketch and have moved onto the next step / No Refunds after i completed the Commission. Please be 100% sure you want to commission me before ordering!

  • If there are some little Changes you want me to do it is ok, but if there are bigger changes i will take a extra fee

Deadlines

This is depending on things such as: complexity, order of commissions (meaning how many I have to draw before yours), or any other issues. You can always check the progress of your commission on my waitlist or ask me.If you need me to rush your commission (meaning: put you at the top of the waitlist), there'll be a fee of 50 Euro to your overall commission price. If you want to add a deadline to that, that will require an additional fee upon agreement with me.I do not Rush or deadlining Live 2D Models aslong as not 2x of Price is paid!Rough Time:
Digital commissions can take up to 2-4 months depending on complexity and on you place in the Waitlist.
Live2D models can take up to 6 months or up to more depending on complexity.It also depends on how full the Waitlist is and what your rank is.Also please dont forget iam a human being and not a machine! Motivation and available time also plays a role in how fast iam working. I just want to give you the best work i can do!

Commission Progress

The commission process consists of the following steps:
The customer describing the wanted commission, giving descriptions/references.
Payment.
Sketch.
Sending the sketch to the commissioner. Minor changes are possible here (bigger Changes gonna cost extra).
Rendering.
Depending on how detailed your piece is, I send 1-2 WIPs.
Sending the finished picture to the commissioner.
